Yoga Nidra is a reclined body scan style of meditation that brings deep relaxation. By using a guided meditation or mentally guiding your own thoughts through the meditation, you move your awareness from one body part to another. As you do, you will notice opportunities to relax, release tension, and allow your body to realign, sinking into the ground and finding a space where your body feels balanced.
